About Nuage
Why Nuage was created
Why I created Nuage
I created Nuage after going through a period when I found it difficult to put my thoughts and emotions into words, even during therapy. When I felt vulnerable, I did not always have the clarity or confidence to explain what I was experiencing, ask questions, or recognize when something did not feel right for me.
That experience showed me how valuable it can be to understand your own emotions, needs, and patterns before trying to communicate them to someone else.
Nuage was created to offer a gentle space for that process. Through reflection, emotional check-ins, grounding exercises, journaling, and supportive routines, it can help you become more familiar with what you are experiencing and find language for it.
Nuage can be used on its own to support everyday wellbeing or alongside therapy, before a session to organize your thoughts, and afterward to reflect and continue supportive routines between sessions.
At the end of the day, you are the person living your experience. Understanding yourself can make it easier to help others understand you, express what you need, ask questions, and thoughtfully consider whether the guidance you receive feels relevant and right for you.
Nuage does not diagnose conditions, provide therapy, or replace professional care. It is designed to help you approach your wellbeing, and conversations about it, with greater awareness, understanding, and confidence.
